Team training · Every community · Every role
Learn the
Mica Creek way.
Everything you need to deliver hospitality-level living, in one place. Onboarding, operating standards, leasing playbooks and the resources our best teams lean on every day.
Who we are
The first hello at the front desk. The tour that feels like a welcome. The work order closed before lunch. And everyone who feels it on the way.

Your first 90 days · Step by step
New here. Not alone.
Every new team member follows the same path: a first week of shadowing, a first month of hands-on practice and a first quarter that ends with you leading on your own. A mentor walks it with you the whole way.

Not a highlight reel, just how a great shift actually runs.

- 8:00
The morning walk
Walk the building before the doors open. Lights, lobby, amenities, curb appeal. If a resident would notice it, fix it first.
- 9:00
Team huddle
Ten minutes, standing up. Today's tours, open work orders, move-ins and anything the team needs to know.
- 11:30
The tour
Start on the roof, end at the front desk. Learn their name, show them their life here and follow up the same day.
- 2:00
Resident time
Answer every message, close the loop on every request and check in with residents who had a work order this week.
- 6:00
Events and close
Host the evening event, walk the building one more time and hand off a clean log to the next shift.

Own every detail.hospitality, not “management.”
Real people. Real answers.
Know who to ask
Every question has an owner. Here is who to reach out to when you need a hand.
Questions about the leasing process, tour scripts, follow-up and renewals.
The events calendar, resident communication and the little touches that make a community feel like home.
Property software, reporting, budgets and the day-to-day systems behind every community.
Work orders, make-ready, preventive maintenance and emergency procedures, any hour.
Hospitality first
Greet every resident and guest by name. Say yes first, then figure out how.
Close the loop
Every call, text and email gets a response from a real person, the same day.
Tour ready
Every amenity and common area is clean, lit and ready to show at any moment.
New team members start together, learn together and finish their first 90 days with a mentor. Talk to your manager to save your spot.
Training modules
Four ways to get better

What the team says
Said by the team
From people who went through it.
“By the end of my first month I knew every resident on my floor by name. The training made that the goal from day one.”
“Having a mentor for the full 90 days changed everything. I always knew who to ask.”
“The morning walk sounds simple. It's the habit that makes the whole building feel different.”
“I moved between two of our communities and nothing felt new. Same standard, same playbook.”
One company · One standard
Every Mica Creek community is run to the same standard, whether it opened last month or three years ago. Training is how we keep it that way.
- Hospitality first. We run communities like great hotels, not like apartment buildings.
- Know every name. Residents, parents, guests and each other.
- Close the loop. Every request gets an answer from a real person, the same day.
- Own the details. If a resident would notice it, we notice it first.
- One team. Every community, every role, the same playbook.
