Team first.Residents always.
Three founding principals who have worked together for more than 15 years, building an operating company around great service, great people and results that show up in the numbers.
Jason Pollack
Jason co-founded the firm to build something rare in real estate: an operating company that owns what it runs and puts its team first. Over 20 years as a developer, owner and operator, he has sponsored more than 25 communities and more than $1B in gross assets, investing his own capital alongside family offices and private investors, and helped move off-campus student housing from an overlooked corner of the market to the institutional asset class it is today.
He leads capital formation and partnerships and sits on the investment committee, but measures the firm by the same numbers the front desk does: renewals, reviews and how quickly a resident's problem gets solved. Georgetown University, BA, 1999.
Frank Dellaglio
Frank runs the company day to day: operations, asset management, capital markets and the long-term plan. Under his stewardship the firm grew from a start-up into an owner-operator of more than $750M of communities, built on a simple mantra: take care of the team, and the team will take care of the residents. Across two decades he has worked every part of the business, from design and entitlements to financing, construction and property operations.
Before co-founding the firm he was Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management at a Boston-based investment fund overseeing more than $1B of principal investments, and earlier held underwriting and capital markets roles at Berkshire and other commercial real estate lenders. He sits on the investment committee. University of Notre Dame, BA in Economics, 2003; Chartered Financial Analyst.
Charles Howell
Charles builds the communities and the culture that runs them. He leads design and construction from pre-development through opening, works directly with cities through approvals and permitting, and stays on after delivery, because the quality of a building is judged by the people living in it, not the day the ribbon is cut.
Before co-founding the firm he was Director of Asset Management at MCS, running day-to-day operations for a 13-property portfolio, managing more than $35M of renovations and leading lease-ups that grew same-store NOI more than 20%. A team captain by temperament: Florida State University, 1997, where he was a starting pitcher and represented Team USA at the World University Games. He sits on the investment committee.
