Downtown, between the capitol, the campuses and the hospital district. The hub of downtown social life.

Industry Indianapolis
A trophy building downtown with a rooftop garden and the best club room in the city.

Industry Pittsburgh
East Liberty, steps from the city's tech and hospital corridor, with two-story penthouses and a courtyard built for evenings.

Industry Cincinnati
In the largest historic district in the country, with a rooftop pool over the rooftops of Over-the-Rhine.

Sawyer
The quiet one with the skyline rooftop, a block from St. Anthony Main and the river.

A classic near-campus community, renovated and run to the Mica Creek standard.

Industry Columbus
Broke ground in 2018 and delivered on time and on budget in spring 2020. Sold in December 2021.

Acquired in 2013 and repositioned unit by unit. Sold in 2017 in one of the largest single student housing sales in the country.
