Charles Street Partners becomes Mica Creek Living
One name for the communities, the team and the company behind them.
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — September 2026. Charles Street Partners today announced that its development, management and investment activities will operate under a single name, Mica Creek Living. The change brings together three operating divisions, Mica Creek Development, Mica Creek Management and Mica Creek Investment, under a brand built around one idea: hospitality-level living for students and young professionals.
The name returns to the principals' first venture. Charles Street was formed in 2015; the partners have owned and operated communities together for more than 15 years. Mica Creek Living is a new operating concept for that team, with a Tallahassee headquarters and a centralized operations platform serving nine communities in six states.
Community names and websites are unchanged. The Renegade, The Heights, The Osceola, the Industry communities in Tallahassee, Indianapolis, Pittsburgh and Cincinnati, and Sawyer and Huck in Minneapolis will carry a small 'by Mica Creek' mark.
