TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — Spring 2024. Industry Tallahassee has opened at 440 North Monroe Street, bringing 248 Class A residences, ground-floor retail and 310 parking spaces to downtown Tallahassee, at the intersection of Florida State, FAMU and Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare.
