The Heights sets a pre-leasing record at Penn State
Pre-leasing for 2026–27 passed 72%, fifteen points ahead of last year.
STATE COLLEGE, Pa. — March 2026. The Heights at State College reached 72% pre-leased for the 2026–27 academic year in March, running fifteen points ahead of the prior year and twenty-five ahead of two years ago, the strongest pre-leasing in the community's history.
The pace follows the completion of the community's $3 million clubhouse expansion, including a new second floor, and the third cycle of a unit renovation program that has now upgraded roughly one in five apartments across the 1,317-bed community.
The Heights is the only community in its sub-market with direct on-site bus service to campus, a ten-minute ride that picks up at the front door.
